Question 1

What is ScalePoint Ops?

Accepted Answer

ScalePoint Ops is the managed operations brand of ScalePoint Ventures Oy. We design, launch and run exactly two operations: Sales Development Operations and Customer Support Operations, for companies in DACH and the Nordics, delivered in English and German.

Question 2

Who is ScalePoint Ops for?

Accepted Answer

Startups, scale-ups and mid-market companies in DACH and the Nordics that want a professionally run sales development or customer support operation. Our current focus is on non-regulated industries.

Question 3

Who contracts the engagement and who leads it?

Accepted Answer

ScalePoint Ventures Oy is the contracting entity for every engagement. Markus Fröhlich is involved in scoping, strategy and the initial setup. Day-to-day delivery is led by a senior expert assigned to your project.

Question 4

What is included in Sales Development Operations?

Accepted Answer

ICP and strategy work where needed, sourcing, tool setup, playbooks, outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone, qualification, booking of discovery calls and demos, CRM documentation and a clean handover to your Account Executives. Closing support is only discussed separately for selected engagements.

Question 5

What is included in Customer Support Operations?

Accepted Answer

First-line support across phone, email and chat, knowledge base, SOPs and response templates, ticket handling and triage, escalation design, training, QA, reporting and continuous improvement. Second-level support is assessed separately per project.

Question 6

Is AI a separate service?

Accepted Answer

AI is a shared enablement layer across both services. We use it for research, preparation, documentation, knowledge retrieval and quality review, while people remain accountable for conversations, decisions and escalations.

Question 7

How is Cape Town used in delivery?

Accepted Answer

Cape Town is our primary delivery hub, complemented by talent in DACH and the Nordics. Project-specific people are selected through specialised partner and talent networks, and ScalePoint Ops remains accountable for process, quality and results.

Question 8

Which languages and working hours are covered?

Accepted Answer

Delivery runs in English and German and is aligned with European business hours. Extended coverage is possible by agreement.

Question 9

Which engagement models and duration are available?

Accepted Answer

Managed delivery is our primary model. A dedicated team, fractional capacity or a Build, Train & Handover setup are available where appropriate. Engagements are typically designed for a minimum operating period of six months.

Question 10

How are tools, data and quality handled?

Accepted Answer

At the start of each engagement we define the approved tools, scoped access, how data is handled, escalation paths and senior quality review. These are our operating principles for running the work in a controlled way.

Question 11

How does SDR Bootcamp fit in?

Accepted Answer

SDR Bootcamp is the sales talent and training layer in the ScalePoint ecosystem. It supports sourcing and training of sales development profiles and is not part of customer support delivery.
